Hello,

I purchased your last two Windows books, Windows Me: The Missing Manual and Windows XP Home Edition: The Missing Manual, and I loved them both. I also own a PC with Windows XP Professional on it, and I was wondering if you are planning on a Windows XP Professional Missing Manual. Is there already one in the works or will there not be one written at all?

This is, of course, a question I love. The answer is yes, Windows XP Pro: The Missing Manual is well underway and should be available in December. It will contain a considerable amount of overlap with Windows XP Home Edition: The Missing Manual, but it will have additional chapters covering remote desktop, domains, group permissions, and so on.
